Only permitted if in containers of 100ml or less.
Under international liquid carry-on regulations, only containers of 100ml or less are allowed on board.
This means yogurt, pudding, and drinks can only be carried if they meet the 100ml limit.
However, beverages purchased in the duty-free zone after security screening are exempt, even if over 100ml. However, Hot drinks are not allowed in carry-on.
Bread or sandwiches containing meat

Bread or sandwiches with ham, sausage, or other meats are allowed on board. However, since most destination countries prohibit bringing in meat products, it’s recommended to finish them during the flight.
Fruit and nuts are allowed, but raw products such as uncooked rice, fresh fruit, vegetables, and unprocessed nuts may be restricted upon arrival, depending on the destination country.
Powders such as coffee or green tea

Some passengers bring powdered coffee or green tea to mix onboard.
Most flights allow this, but for U.S.-bound flights, powders over 12oz (350ml) must be checked in and are not permitted in carry-on.
Now that we’ve gone over the snacks you can bring on board, please keep in mind that foods with strong odors may disturb other passengers, so it’s best to avoid carrying or eating them during the flight! 😁
