About Manned Immigration
- Immigration inspections are, in general, conducted separately for Korean citizens and foreign nationals.
- Foreign nationals (excluding registered foreign nationals) must complete an arrival card, and those who need to register must do so at the local immigration office within 90 days of entry.
- Chinese group tourists with a group visa are not required to complete an arrival card (except for youth educational tour groups).
- To prevent entry with forged or altered passports, please cooperate fully with the immigration officer’s face checks and questions, even if it may be inconvenient.

e-Arrival Card (Electronic Arrival Card)
Korea’s e-Arrival Card enables travelers to complete and submit their arrival card online prior to their arrival, replacing the traditional paper form presented to immigration officers.
- Submission Period: Submit electronically from 72 hours prior to your arrival in Korea until you hand in your arrival card.
- Mandatory for: Individuals who are required to complete the e-Arrival Card are the same individuals who must fill out the paper entry card. As a general rule, all foreign nationals are obligated to complete one. (However, registered foreign nationals, holders of a valid Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA), and airline crew members are not required to submit the card.)
- Required Information: Passport information, entry and departure details, purpose of visit, place of stay, contact information, occupation, and other relevant information.

Eligibility for Priority Fast Lanes
Diplomats, crew members, individuals with mobility impairments, children under 7 years old, seniors aged 70 and above, pregnant women, and holders of the Korea Priority Card and businesspeople recommended by Korean business associations are eligible to use the priority fast lanes.
